No modifications have been made to this contract.
- All Terms & Conditions contained in the IFB for MC15-B15, the bidder's response to the IFB,
and subsequent negotiation shall carry forward into this contract. - All bidders have signed the Massachusetts Standard Contract Form.
- Any financial agreement issued by an MHEC member is an agreement between the
individual member and the bidder not the MHEC organization, or other MHEC Members in
part or total. - Suppliers must make every effort to identify purchasers contacting them to determine MHEC
membership and extend the MHEC pricing and any benefits. Any customer who meets the
MHEC criteria for membership will be afforded the opportunity to join the MHEC prior to
Finalizing the sale. - It is the Supplier's responsibility to know and adhere to all laws and regulations required by the
state within which the member resides. - This contract contains installation and services which may require public members to obtain
separate quotes or bids for installation services. - Prevailing wage rates are subject to change annually. It is the responsibility of the contract
holder to request prevailing wage rates from members when performing services where
prevailing wages apply. - Some suppliers awarded to this contract may require that members enter specific purchase agreements. The MHEC does not vet these agreements. Therefore, members considering entering into these agreements are strongly encouraged to submit these documents to their legal counsel for review of the terms and conditions of those agreements.
