No modifications have been made to this contract.
- All Terms & Conditions contained in the IFB for MC14-F19 the bidder's response to the IFB and subsequent negotiation shall carry forward to this contract.
- All bidders have signed the Massachusetts Standard Contract Form.
- Any financial agreement issued by an MHEC member is an agreement between the individual member and the bidder not the MHEC organization, or other MHEC Members in part or total.
- Some suppliers awarded to this contract may require that members enter into specific Leasing and purchasing agreements. Due to the specific nature of these agreements, the MHEC has not vetted these agreements. Therefore, members considering entering into these agreements are strongly encouraged to submit these documents to their legal counsel for review.
- Use of the contract is left to the discretion of each respective member organization. No guarantee of volume has been made to the suppliers.
- Suppliers must make every effort to identify purchasers contacting them to determine MHEC membership and extend the MHEC pricing and any benefits. Any customer who meets the MHEC criteria for membership will be afforded the opportunity to join the MHEC prior to finalizing the sale.
- It is the Supplier's responsibility to know and adhere to all laws and regulations required by the state within which the member resides.
