No modifications have been made to this contract.
- All Terms & Conditions contained in the IFB for MC02-L54, the bidder's response to the IFB and subsequent negotiation shall carry forward to this contract in their entirety without exceptions.
- If provided by the bidder, specific details and instructions pertaining to each awarded contractor and their brands, products or services will be located following the pricing pages for each individual contractor.
- The contractor will ship and bill the material requested on each purchase order directly to the respective school.
- Suppliers must make every effort to determine if purchasers are MHEC members and extend the MHEC pricing and any benefits. Any customer who meets the MHEC criteria for membership must be afforded the opportunity to join the MHEC prior to finalizing the sale.
- Use of the contract is left to the discretion of each respective school. No guarantee of volume has been made to the contract holder(s).
- Suppliers have signed the MA Commonwealth Terms and Conditions and Standard Contract form. Please request a copy from the MHEC if needed. It is also recommended that state entities obtain their own signed agreements.
